Canon DSLR Shutter Release (Bulb) Cables : Long Exposure Astrophotography
I have a couple of Canon DSLR Shutter Release (Bulb) Cables for doing long exposure astrophotography.
Type 1) Canon DSLR (N3) - PC Serial & Manual Shutter Release Cable: Cable for connecting your PC Serial port (or USB port with USB to Serial adapter cable - not included) to your Canon DSLR (with N3 connector - ie: 30D, 40D, 50D, etc) to allow you to do long exposures. Has manual control pad as well. $50
Type 2) Canon DSLR (1/8” mini-stereo plug) - PC Serial Shutter Release Cable : Cable for connecting your PC Serial port (or USB port with USB to Serial adapter cable - not included) to your Canon DSLR to allow you to do long exposures. $40
Type 3) Canon DSLR - PC Parallel Shutter Release Cable (Long Exposure): Cable for connecting your PC Parallel Port to your Canon DSLR to allow you to do long exposures. $30

These all work well with freeware such as DSLR Shutter from Stark-Labs. Prices include mail to anywhere in Canada.
