1990’s Celestron C8 SCT.

Optics - all very good condition.
Primary and Secondary mirrors very clean
Corrector plate very clean.
The tube is in good condition mechanically.
focuser - very good condition.
Cosmetically the Ota has some bad scratches which are shown in the photos and 4 drill holes where two sets of rings were previously installed.
The previous owner had installed a different larger finder which had no focus capability so I re-installed the original Celestron 6 x 30 finder.
This has left a few scratches as the screws were very tight and 4 holes.

This doesn’t make any difference to the views but I have factored the cosmetic condition of the Ota into the price I’m asking, which is ono

Main reason for selling is I’m moving soon and need to down size to something smaller.

Large aperture and excellent views especially of the planets and the moon with the 2000 focal length.
The telescope comes complete with all the above accessories.
