For Sale Status: Sold  Advert Category: Telescope-Catadioptric  Advert # 3544 SKYWATCHER PR0 150MM MAKSUTOV 5WEEKS OLD Selling my 5week old Skywatcher pro 150 Maksutov-cassegrain OTA. Includes all original bits. OTA , 9X50 Finder 9mm and 25mm ler eyepieces , 1.25 mirror star diagonal in original foam packaging. Optically it is superb and easily outperforms the OMC 140 Deluxe I paid over ?1000 for(and sold). It is the finest scope I have ever used on splitting double stars and has split the likes of Lamda Cygni with ease on a good night. Views of the Moon, Mars and Saturn are stunning. Unfortunately I Am in need of a replacement mount for my 3 scopes so one has to go. I Have decided to sell the mak as it is the least versatile for deeper sky stuff and my 5" refractor isn't to far behind it. It is completely unmarked(apart from dovetail set screw marks)and in perfect collimation. I have made a Long flocked dewshield that is included. I can meet part way (within reason).Sorry but will never send optics by post! May consider a good mount in exchange (gp heq5, eq6) but would prefer the cash!
