SW EXPLORER 250P DS OTA - Hardly used, fabulous optics, optimised for prime-focus photography.

I'm selling this scope as it is not suitable for my observatory (walls too high) so I've replaced it with a Mak.
It's a superb 10 inch Newtonian tube assembly and as in all the SW PDS series it has a slightly shortened tube to optimise it's performance for prime-fucus photography. The dual-speed 10:1 ratio focuser is included for excellent focusing precision. The scope also makes a fine visual instrument - this is how I have used it as I'm no photographer and it is an excellent visual instrument.
It comes as supplied with tube rings, long dovetail, fabulous 9x50 finder and 2 inch 28mm wide angle eyepiece.
It's all in wonderful condition (only been used a handful of times) except for a few minor scratches where a slow motion handle rubbed against the outside of the tube, no dents or dings.
The telescope must be collected from W Yorkshire, no posting, sorry.
