For Sale Status: Active  Ad Category: Telescope-Reflector  Ad # 212621 Meade LX200 16"/AP1200GT tripod complete kit. UPDATE SOLD UPDATE: I have now unpacked the scope. The mount is in good condition and not seized. Kept under Telegizmos 365 Thermal cover and internal heat ring. I have also inspected the scope optics. A few dust spots on front lense. Mirror OK. I have increased the price but will stick to the above as a firm all in offer to include Tak guide scope , all plates, AP top mounting plate,rings and weights, including cover and ring heater. Original cost well in excess of 15K. Complete astro kit for someone who wants a big scope experience! Have not used this for a few years and selling house. The AP1200 is fully operational but would benefit from a service. Just fab for the right person who likes to dabble! You will need to arrange collection of course!! NB the counterweights to give you an idea of the weight.
